COVID-19 outbreak and order fulfillment
Due to University reduced staffing and complying with social distancing, orders placed during the COVID-19 outbreak will continue to ship but there may be a 2-3 day delay in processing and shipping orders. For questions and concerns, please contact Kim Paul.

1. Returns will only be accepted if merchandise is returned in saleable condition as determined by the NYSAES Bookstore Manager. 2. Items returned with UPC stickers or any other attachments which cannot be removed without damaging the item will not be accepted for return. 3. Returns will not be accepted 90 days after the invoice date and no returns for overstock. 4. All returns must be accompanied by documentation that references the associated invoice number. 5. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all accepted returned items. 6. The purchase amount (minus the restocking fee) of the returned item(s) will automatically be applied to the customer’s account.
